Miriel the Magical Merchant is possibly the best new time management game available
Miriel the Magical Merchant has some of the best graphics I’ve seen in a very long time. Rich, deep colors mixed with an anime art style really do give this game a “magical” atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to see how smoothly the game ran in full screen mode, even with these rich graphics. Very well done, indeed. My normal game source doesn’t offer this one, so I paid full price ($19.95) through PlayFirst. It’s THAT good.

This game offers many different modes of play that will keep the kids busy this summer, while school’s out. They can color their own sketches made with the virtual Etch-A-Sketch, or they can color pre-made line drawings provided by the game. If they want a copy of their masterpiece, they can print it out, or set it as the computer’s wallpaper!
